Cat Hai Island

Situated along the New Economic Axis that connects the Hanoi and South China to the international waters, the Haiphong International Seaport is of strategic significance for Vietnam’s booming manufacturing industry. Having been appointed by the Central Government to expand into a 5,000 ha harbor, the current planning of the site consists primarily of port activities and light industrial and manufacturing program.
